- It is critical that the client have someone to guide them through the "expectations" phase, and the earlier in the project the better. We like to be involved directly in this phase to ensure the project gets off on the right foot. We can work directly with the client, or alongside a designer depending on the needs of the client.
- Scope of work includes defining the actual work that will be done as well as the expectations with respect to the quality of each product to be incorporated in the work.
- With client and the builder on the same page in this manner, the risk of veering off course with budget and schedule are significantly reduced.
